Beer dinner #16 is to commemorate the visit from Chimay of our good friend Bobo Luc Van Mechelen.  Bobo is responsible for us having Chimay Trappist beers in the states.  We also worked together to bring Chimay on draft to Kentucky.  Refer here for the initial Chimay draft unveiling in Kentucky at the old Shelbyville location.  This beer dinner is on Monday, February 7th, 2011 starting at 6:30 PM to give all of you time to prepare.  Click here to register for the event.
