Here is the menu from beer dinner #5. This 5 hour, 7 course dinner was served to a capacity crowd. Thanks to all who signed up for the last dinner before the Belgium beer trip. Sorry we could not accommodate more people.
Course #1: Rodenbach with Belgian salad featuring anise and prociutto.
Course #2: Blanche De Bruxelles with Lobster Bisque.
Course #3: La Chouffe with fresh pan seared scallops served with fresh asparagus.
Course #4: Abbaye De Leffe with Moules Et Frites served with twice fried frites and mayonaise.
Course #5: Gulden Draak with fresh baked salmon cooked with Gulden Draak and served over a bed of penne.
Course #6: Chimay with Camembert and Brie from France.
Course #7: Kasteel Rouge with the Belgian Chocolate Decadent Brownie.
